4. BROKER RELATIONSHIP DISCLOSURE

IMPORTANT: Vinstar Auto acts as an independent broker/intermediary. We do NOT own, sell, or directly provide vehicles. All vehicle sales are conducted between you and licensed dealerships. We facilitate these transactions but are not the seller or warrantor of any vehicle.

5. INSPECTION SERVICES

Preliminary Inspections: Based on information submitted by clients or dealerships
Final Inspections: Conducted in-person before purchase recommendation
Inspection Reports: Provided when requested or when issues are identified
Limitation: Our inspections are visual and basic mechanical assessments only. We recommend professional mechanical inspections for high-value purchases.

6. FEES AND PAYMENT

Payment for our brokerage services is handled in-person via check or wire transfer
All fees must be discussed and agreed upon before services are rendered
No online payment processing is conducted through this website

7. APPOINTMENT SCHEDULING

Appointments may be scheduled through our website
We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments with reasonable notice
Missed appointments may be subject to rescheduling fees
